My point is that “they” aren’t. People are socialized to value certain things and as people become adults, some people discard those things, some people adopt a more nuanced understanding of those things, and some people throw themselves into them whole heartedly because they are seeking a refuge from the complexity of adult life. This is true for almost anything. The key is you don’t have to pursue people who don’t value the things you value. I don’t want a club girl, or an only fans model, for…

They aren’t saying good husbands lead to boredom. They are saying the qualities that make someone a good husband are the same qualities that allow them to be good partners in long terms relationships, which must exist, if a partner is going to get bored and look for something new. It’s not saying this happens to all good husbands, it’s saying you must be pretty good to be with someone long enough for this to happen to you. I’m not sure I agree with that. People are wacky and marry all kinds of r…

Some women suck. Like I’m not sure how representative some women who left their marriages are of anything other than that some women, like a lot of men, get bored of the routine of long term monogamy and go looking for strange.

Because they are talking about people who self-id as incels and congregate on Internet forums, discords, and YouTube channels with other incels. Those groups have an ideology. A normal person who happens to be an “an incel” and isn’t in these spaces or seeking them out, doesn’t have an ideology. A person who is in these spaces or feels comfortable speaking on behalf of “incels” almost certainly does

I think everyone has inherent value. As for sexual market place value, I didn’t get laid until well into my twenties, and I was broke, but I also was a miserable person who looked at women as basically gatekeepers for the next life milestone I needed to hit. After I changed that outlook, and started looking at women as other people who I could enjoy hanging around with without hope of sex or a relationship, I started getting laid all the time, well before I made any money or even held a job that…

Yeah, I agree that you shouldn’t be putting women on pedestals, but you’re just doing the inverse of that. There is a vast middle ground where you treat women like individual human beings who you may or may not like or get on with and who may or may not be good or bad people. In fact, the vast majority of both men and women are probably, on the whole, what I would classify as good people; but, you know, I’m an easy grader.

I honestly don’t think the fact that you’ve been doing a ton of “cold approaches” is bad. Obviously you’ve gotten comfortable opening up conversations with strangers and also establishing when you are interested in someone, which is tough for a lot of guys. There’s a whole class of guy who is afraid to talk to women or afraid to show interest, and that’s clearly not you. That said, what you are currently doing is clearly not working, or at least isn’t working as well as you would hope it did. So…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
