3	Worked 70 hours this week We don't even have LOF techs here. I've been doing whatever work I get since day one, albeit with help from the team leader if it's something big that I haven't done before. I've done engine out jobs, got a heater core on a X3 to do on Monday. Pretty annoying to have you say I'm just changing oil when that's not what I do... 14	Worked 70 hours this week It’s flat rate. I was hourly for the first three months at $15.50, then flat rate since then ($19 hourly) which happened in March.
