I'm saying that, in some paradoxical way, from my experience and the advice i've heard, you need to accept yourself first to make lasting changes to your own life. Your selfimage and negative outlook is more a force of habit, or a plant you grow and upkeep. It is NOT an objective and accurate view that will change with the improvements you make to your life unless you specifically work on it

Out of all the things you listed the only cardinal sin of "rizz" is hating yourself. And It's the crucial but hardest thing to change. Everything will be easier after you learn to accept yourself. Yeah, like for example: a lot of people are afraid of clowns. Should dressing as one get you locked up? Should gothic clothing get banned because it may seem creepy? Definitely not
