1	Absolute madlad. I take 2 showers every day. One, early in the morning. And one before I hit the bed. I go cold on both showers. Hot water is just, idk, it doesn't feel right. It's very unsettling(it can also rip your skin off of oils) . Cold water is mostly calming, soothing. It's pretty great. I did have dry skin because of how aggressively I dried myself with the towel, well apparently you're supposed to dab your skin with it, so that you're leaving some moisture in that your skin can soak up.
