It doesn't work quite like that. Many of the eggs are low quality and she loses more than just 1 per period over her life. From the charts I recall seeing, a woman has lost nearly 90% of her eggs, and all the high quality ones by the time she is in her early 30s. For the health of the kid and the mother, a woman should have having kids in her late teens/early 20s, biologically that is the ideal time to have children.

In my experience at least 80% of women in the working world actually decrease the organization's ability to accomplish work. The other 20% sit there and do nothing either way, i.e. they are neutral. Women have no place in a man's working world. I now work in heavy industry, dominated by men, and shit gets done early and under budget, and yes, the few woman who also work in our industry, simply fuck everything up for the rest of us with their vindictiveness and incompetence.
