$12 k a month has nothing to do with child support and everything to do with enrichment of the mother
/r/MensRights04/01/24 04:40 PM

And that's robbery. It ends up being income to women and has nothing to do with supporting the child.

Also, doesn't matter. Over $10k in child support is robbery They're divorcing, causing need for child support in the first place, due to her fault and infidelity.

My wife said she would get a paternity test if I put a tracking app on my phone. Plus let her go through my texts. Jfc those are 2 totally different things

If I was Danny, I would have told her to do it. I don't expect my wife to wait for 30+ years for me. I wouldn't want that stigma following her and my child around. It also makes sense financially. He will be sued by accusers, so the divorce settlement should shift as many assets as possible to the wife to ensure the kids and wife are cared for while the accused/plaintiffs get nothing. This is classic judgment proofing.

Is it possible to have a symbolic wedding ceremony without it being legally binding? It depends where you are. Some places recognize common law marriage- aka representing yourselves as married is the same as being legally married. She is a very superstitious person. You cannot speak of death, suicide, or any tragedy as she believes it will trigger these things to happen This is a red flag.

What's the evidence for white women being most benefited by affirmative action? Blacks get something like a 200 to 400 point SAT boost for college admissions and average 30 percentile lower than Asians for MCAT scores in med school admissions.

Have you talked to them about how this doesn't make sense? This is exactly how the law works, unfortunately. The $ goes to the parent with less $, even for months where the child is not in that parent's custody.

Yes but will it be admissible in court after her lawyer challenges the evidence? It's a trick lawyers do all the time. Yes, they are admissible in court. The exact nature of the evidence determines how it is entered, but there is usually a way to get in texts, screenshots, etc. Well before court, this evidence is very good in persuading police and prosecutors to not charge you in the first place.

Proportional is not the same as equal, and you don't need some force meter to know a ko-punch is disproportional to a slap.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/23 06:00 PM

Proportionality is required for lawful self defense under American law. A punch resulting in KO is in no way equal to a few slaps from the dumb woman.

It definitely looks like the black guy made the first physical move. Even if he didn't, he didn't use proportional force in response, so his action were assault and not self defense.

In addition to tax breaks, you can own your home as tenants by the entirities, which shields it from lawsuits and collections. You're also much more eligible for joint health insurance (some plans allow for long term partners to be covered but a lot do not). As for the cons of marriage- get a prenup done by an attorney. Yes, you can limit or have no alimony obligations in a prenup.

Taxes are less for married ppl. Also, there's stronger legal protections for real property held as tenants by entirety. The downsides of divorce can be managed with a prenup, sometimes even better than property division with a non-married breakup. Edit- also, inheritance is a major perk of marriage for jointly owned property if you don't have a will. Example- husband and wife own a rental house/business/stocks/etc as tenants in common. Wife dies, her 50% stake is usually inherited by her husband…

About 95% of abortions are elective. About 5% are due to rape, incest, life/health of mother. Generally speaking, abortion was used primarily as post-conception contraceptives.

Not necessarily. Even if rape is a permissble reason for abortion, telling your doctor there was a rape doesn't mecessarily trigger a law enforcement investigation into the alleged rapist. I'd bet most abortion doctors will be like "so it was rape? Yay, we can abort!"

Ending Roe/Casey was a necessary prerequisite for paper abortion. Those 2 cases held abortion was the mother's sole right to chose, and the father had no say in abortion. That's now gone, so yesterday's ruling paves the way for lawsuits in pro-abortion states to sue for 14th amendent equal protection rights for men in the abortion decision.

There are a few articles and scholarly articles on this, some even from feminist sources arguing for equality and paper abortion for men. Iirc, the paper abortion idea started with female and feminist authors who recognized inequality would actually hurt women's rights. Legally, however, Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey both found the right to chose an abortion is for the mother alone. Until those 2 cases are overturned, there probably can be no laws or court rulings to implement equal …

Find the charging documents. If you're in the US, they should contain some statement of probable cause, which is the police/victim's allegations of the conduct that was allegedly criminal. Now use the statement of probable cause and verify/discredit whatever facts you need to. You may need a PI for this part. Also, at this point, everyone has a doorbell camera, diy camera system, or some business camera- point is someone somewhere has a video of your brother and his ex, if they were together or …

That's why paper abortions need to be a thing. What you quoted was a counter to 'my body, my choice.' I'm saying women already made the choice. We're now dealing with how to muddle through the consequences of choice.

Not OP, but this is what I'd imagine a paper abortion to be for either party... Situation 1- Mom wants to keep baby, Dad does not. Dad is granted no financial or legal respnsibility for child but he becomes legal stranger to child and has no rights to see child. Mom has all legal and financial responsibility for child. 2- Dad wants to keep baby, Mom does not. Same as 1 but in reverse. Dad has all financial/legal responsibility and Mom has none over the child. The difference is Mom must carry the…

Karen McGagh was tried … for falsely accusing Glenn Trebay [a Verizon store employee] of sexually assaulting her while patronizing a Verizon store. McGagh stated to a police officer and in a sworn criminal complaint that Trebay cupped her breast and touched her inner thigh. During a bench trial, the State admitted a surveillance video from the Verizon store that did not show Trebay touching McGagh as she claimed {though it showed Trebay briefly touching McGagh at various points throughout the en…
