If it was a divorce, she’s obligated to disclose that in a financial affidavit. By not disclosing it, she committed perjury. This pissed off the judge and he gave it all to the husband. Not sure how it would work if it was just a boyfriend/girlfriend thing.

It depends on your definition of worse. In the ICU it’s usually locked down, they only allow a certain number of family members in, so it’s safer. However, it’s a lot more work, the patients need total care, as in bathing, cleaning, feeding, you name it. Nope, the ER I worked in had no armed security. People come in high or drunk, family members show up and get highly emotional. It was a daily occurrence to wrestle someone down and call the police. Nurses have been shot or stabbed in the ER. All that being said, I’d still rather work in the ER than the ICU.

We didn't see the video from the start so we won't know. If store employees see you put merchandise in your pocket and begin to walk out the door, that's all it takes in some places. Some places allow you to detain someone who was caught stealing. Regardless if they did it or not, once they started trashing the store and throwing stuff at the employees, that changed the game right there.

I see what you're getting at, false imprisonment by keeping them in the store, right? If that's the store owner and he's keeping them in the store because he thinks they stole, don't know the law on that. Edit: I just asked a friend who is a police officer, he said that store employees can detain someone they witnessed shoplifting, loss prevention does it all the time.
