1	Collaborative divorce? Agree. At this point, it’s just a business transaction. Negotiate, if you can. Work to get the best, fairest, deal you can. But if she won’t settle and your lawyer believes a judge will grant you something close to what you seek, then you can litigate. If we’re lucky, it’s a long life. I don’t have the energy to fight someone who ultimately doesn’t belong in my life anymore. I hope you find peace and happiness. I’m getting close now that my divorce trial is done. 0	Collaborative divorce? You should work it out collaboratively. Only the lawyers benefit when it’s contentious. We actually went to trial because my ex was so disagreeable and ridiculous in her requests for the division of assets, etc. Would have preferred to work it out rather than have a judge make the decisions about who gets what. In the end, you want to move on. Fighting won’t help you move on. But if you want to help your lawyer get more rich, then fight her. Just my two cents. Best wishes.	/r/Divorce_Men	28/11/22 08:58 PM
