"That's disgusting, how could people have subjected themselves to living like that, didn't women have any respect for themselves?" /goes back to flicking through Snapchat for 8 hours while making bitter comments about how much the world sucks and where are all the good men???

OP is in the classic early stage PUA place — in love with conquering women, but not developing the real self esteem to get there. I think popping Blueprint on his iphone and digesting the courses over a few days could be immensely helpful. It's like mindfulness/self-esteem 101. In fact, I think Tyler's master strategy is just using the PUA stuff as a trojan horse to implant his "see the inner depth" philosophy in people's heads.

Get your hands on an audio copy of the Blueprint by RSD. I'm not kidding -- this could be the most important thing you ever listen to.

Control = great. Relishing the control, becoming infatuated with it and the massive surge of dopamine it triggers = not so great. Trust me.

21 year olds have no idea who they are or what they want out of life, period. They're literally just an assemblage of labels and tropes and memes they picked up during their educational career.

It was at this moment I realized that I had total control over whether we'd fuck or not. I've never had this level of control over sex before, and it god damn it felt good. It was an instant high better than any orgasm. Be careful with this shit, man. On RSD they talk about frame/state addiction for this reason. Becomes a domination complex which is another form of clinging. Feels good but ultimately will stress you out when you can't control a girl.

Look into stoicism. It's not just a meme philosophy. If you don't develop a mental toolkit to process problems like this, it WILL drive you fucking insane. You'll lose sleep and walk around paranoid. Focus on the things you can influence.

You know the answer. Just keep plowing. Roosh calls it the ramble. She's not the blocker, the social conditioning that tells women to ice out strangers is. Outside of a bar/club you'll just freak them out if you're all Sexual Guy. You want to be Charming Guy who's in between appointments and just happens to strike up a convo about the quality of melons at this grocery store or w/e. If you're not being creepy or overly sexual and she hasn't explicitly asked you to stop talking or moved away, keep…

You fucking moron. Why on earth would you even let this bilious nonsense (which is almost undoubtedly fake) into your brain. STOP READING BULLSHIT. How about a book? How about going outside? Jesus Christ dude. TRP is about infusing your life with quality not circlejerking over click bait about women who don't exist.

No, Vitamin D (although getting T levels checked is a good idea too). It's not mandatory, but it's not a bad idea to get the number as D3 has hormone-like effects and the smarter you can be about supplementation, the better.

Nice stats! Yeah, D3 is great. Most people should be supplementing it, as well as getting at least 20-30 minutes of sun daily. If you have the cash, it's worth it to check your levels with an at-home test kit (ZRT labs on Amazon) as it will give you a decent idea of the supplementation needed.

They have these feelings that a hot girl is just soo much better than them. No. She is not. She is just a slut. Just like every other slut you see walking around. Jesus, dude. She's a human being. It isn't mentally healthy or productive to think this way.

Why not run day game if going out is tough?

I find that keeping a journal with all of my daily thoughts and experiences is really good for this. Instead of soaking up what other people are saying, I marinate in my own thoughts and experiences, which are all that really matter.

Don't agree, I know many men who enjoy more success in their careers because they have a great wife/partner. In virtually all cases she put her career on hold to raise the kids, so that's definitely a factor. There is, however, an enormous cost to marrying the wrong woman and it's often hard to tell when it's happening.

This thread is why TRP gets the reputation of a gathering place for women-hating misogynists. Berkeley gal is suffering from delusion, put there by societal/cultural forces. She is clearly a deeply unhappy person because of it. Writing an article like this is an expression of inner pain. I feel sorry for her. The world is filled to the brim with these kinds of people, and they will always have a platform. Why you would devote even one neuron to reacting to her is beyond me.

Maximize your interactions with women and everything else auto corrects. thats it. Oh and just remember that success is fleeting, the game will always humble you. Don't get too down about the low moments.

Focus on the pure sensations of the moment. The ambient temperature and noise of the room. How pretty she is, how nice her eyes look, how her voice sounds. The moment you are sharing. Btw if you're wondering if you can kiss her, just reach out in the middle of a sentence and tuck a lock of her hair behind her ear. This works a charm -- if she doesn't recoil, odds are extremely good you can kiss her. Do it confidently and without thinking about it, like you're putting the tag back in her clothes.

Just try not to beat yourself up too hard. What happened happened. Can you adjust your future actions based on it?

If you're socially awkward start by striking up random conversations with women and other people just to get a feel for it. Do not worry about asking them out. Just make friendly banter about non-personal stuff: the weather, the environment. If she's drinking coffee, ask her where she got it, if it's good, that kind of stuff.

I politely excuse myself early in the date ("I have to get up early, it was nice meeting you!") and book it. You have to have standards. I don't mind someone checking their phone occasionally but if she's being rude, she's out. That negativity isn't worth having in your life.

Imagine a fantasy paperback from the 80's about some barbarian warrior, a cheesy "Conan" ripoff. On the cover is a ridiculously jacked square-jawed guy with flowing locks, a loincloth and a big sword. He's probably holding it aloft on top of a mountain or something. Clutching his side is a beautiful princess type in a skimpy armor bikini. She's got her face buried in his chest and is watching the dragon in front of them with fearful eyes, but as long as she can hold onto him, she feels safe. Pro…

Congratulations. Recognizing and acknowledging your discontentment is the first step on a lifelong journey towards inner peace. Call it a spiritual path or just call it learning to be happy. It's the same thing. A popular book to start with is Tolle's Power of Now, and I highly recommend it. It's a bit wacky at points but the body (particularly the distillation of Buddhism) is excellent. Two other books that really helped me are Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness for Beginners, and a book called "A gu…

Short, sporadically timed replies with a nice long one mixed on every once in a while. Unpredictability is the key.

You can only fuck things up by saying something wrong, so just keep it low key. If she's initiating then reply, but don't start new threads. And take a while to reply (with some immediate replies mixed in for variety). Texting her cute stuff during the week can get you into boyfriend territory, so unless you're interested in that kind of thing, fewer texts will communicate where you stand.

Great book. Owen Cook of Real Social Dynamics is a huge Eckhart fan and it really comes through in The Blueprint (find the audio somewhere -- hands-down the best resource I've ever found for living well, never mind pickup.) Understanding the ego and its role in creating your mental blocks is hands-down one of the most important realizations you can come to in this life. It will change the entire way you look at the humans around you. In my case, this weakened my dependence on unimportant things …

Go out. If you feel weird about being at a place by yourself, you can always lie and say you're meeting up with a friend later and just killing time by meeting new people. Obviously the better answer is to own it and not make up a story, but until you have the core confidence to pull it off, a little subterfuge can help.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
