Being friendly IS very alpha. Ever notice the "meatheads" blue pillers hate on tend to be the nicest dudes around? I'm talking about the Schwarzeneggers, the bodybuilders and athletes. Just go to any gym and strike up a conversation and they'll talk your ear off. The big misconception is that those guys are dicks, when in reality if you are chill and not BP they are chill as fuck. I can't get out of a conversation with the really athletic types, and forget about all the times I'm invited to work…

Id probably establish an understanding of his shortcoming and twist it against him. If he takes a shot at you, acknowledge his joke and inform him that it didn't really appease your tastes, that it didn't exactly "click" as humorous. Kill the mood, but in a way in which you have control. I do this, and often times one will either be puzzled or brought down a notch. There are new admins who support SRS, They got /r/niggers taken down (With no reason. For those who didn't go on /r/niggers it wasn't completely to ridicule negros, it was also to show news that would otherwise be ignored by the biased media) and treat ChuckSpears like Osama Bin Laden.
