I do squats and lunges as I fold and hang laundry on hangers. I’ve done this for almost a year now and my legs are solid and toned

This is a little unconventional but I occasionally put mine on after a few drinks and twirl around the house (it was a ton of tulle) and remind my husband it still fits 14 years later.

Have you tried eating low carb? I was very sensitive to hormonal fluctuations in my body and having a lot of issues and changing my diet to low carb (50g of carbs or less a day, cutting out almost all sugar except a little bit of fruit) has helped me significantly with all hormonal issues I’ve had. It would obviously help with weight loss as well.

Be flexible. You both are going to go through many personal changes through the years and neither one of you will be the same person your are now in 5,10,15 ect years. You will both find new hobbies, learn new things, form new opinions. You have to be flexible and adapt to not only your own world changing but your partners as well.

Cerave lotion for rough and bumpy skin. I believe they make a cream too. It is designed to help keratosis pilaris. The lotion is super light but absorbs so well!

Even so, you might be able to find inspiration through them by using things you already have. Or find a clever way of storing things or using furniture. Or maybe take a trip to your library and get some books on organizing or tiny spaces. I love looking through the home and decor books

I feel like ikea really has the highly functional in small living space to a science. Maybe go visit one and walk the staged spaces to get some ideas on how to make things more functional. .

Not here to post my meal plan but to let you guys know to download the paprika app. It’s like $5 but it’s so worth it. It takes recipes and sorts through all the bs ( you know the kind, where they are telling a story about how they got their first period and their nana took them to the farmers market where they bought amazing tomatoes and later turned into sauce). Anyway I digress. It pulls the ingredients into one section and then the directions into another and makes following a recipe so easy…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
