"Helping" by inhibiting something that prevents you to act, then yes. This is what I said, and what I think you mean by saying "something that [...] allows me to learn from the experience". 148	medication to help talk to girls? A cheap and easy way to deal with this is to chew gum. Seriously. I read somewhere it tricks your brain (the amygdala presumably) that if you're masticating, then you're in a safe place. The way it worked for me once I tried it for myself was that it almost completely eliminated the butterflies in my stomach. Doesn't help with coming up with words to say, it just eliminates one factor preventing you to do so, which I think is what you're after.
