So backing off someone who has a boyfriend is a stupid principle? Why is it stupid? There are lots of women out there who don't have a boyfriend with whom you can have a lot in common as well. So why try and ruin a relationship?

If she adds the well mannered guy on FB, then you know it's over.

Uhm. No. She has a boyfriend so why even bother to try and be a homewrecker? You're assuming she is unhappy with her boyfriend, just because of the comment that she might search the guy on FB. You can get to like people just because they a lot with you in common and add them on social media. It happens. Had a similar situation with a girl that I met during traveling who was in a relationship. Liked her personality and added her on FB. Big f'kin deal. If she's unhappy with her boyfriend, then she…

Or maybe she likes him as a person, since he said himself that they had a lot in common. Those things are possible you know..

So when you get into a nice conversation with a girl who is in a relationship, then clearly she isn't happy with her bf. Nice to know. Based on your theory a lot of women must be in a relationship where they aren't satisfied....

Yeah. It's the inexperience that made me to over think things, I guess. Should've been a bit more straight to the point. Hopefully next time I will feel more confident and just ask after I feel there is some connection between me and a girl.

That's definitely some sound advice man. Thanks. I see yesterday's win as a first step and the next one will be just approaching someone. Doesn't matter if I fail or not. It's the experience that counts.

It was mostly based on her appearance, but also a bit based on her personality. But maybe you're right. I'm jumping too fast on conclusions whether on not a girl is girlfriend material. Must know someone better before thinking she is.

Probably could have worked towards asking her number, but I think the inexperience and anxiety of what the possible negative outcome could be played a part. But I don't see it as a loss. As you say, life is a lesson. So I feel like this is just a start in my journey.

Lol. If you are constantly being rejected, then I question the part where you claim to be an attractive guy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
