Have you been tracking many days?, I used to download a app to see how many days I was going, and my two longest streaks were 7 days and 29 days, I think I was able to do it for almost a month only because I was exercising, if I wasn't, I wouldn't pass the third day. So I've decided to test how long I could go without tracking it, turned out it's easier for me without the app, I've relapsed just because of a terrifying wet dream I had that I don't even want to talk about.
