Oh this strikes home. My ex-wife divorces me for “irreconcilable differences” and flat out told me it was because I couldn’t give her the life she wanted. She especially would hound me quite often with “You need to get us a house!” Would drive me right up a wall and eventually I despised her.

That suks man. My ex tried that but I wouldnt go away. Now their in their late teens early 20's and the oldest want to come live with me. They have seen thru their moms BS. Stick by your kids and be the better person! It really does work out in the end.
