While there may be some sexism involved, there is such a clear distinction between the one man & the many women's involvement in this case that it seems unfair to chock the whole thing up to sexism. As I responded to AntiFeministMedia, the amount isn't the only thing considered here. The man is the primary distributor (from what I gathered) of the CP. It's about the man being the major actor in the crime. If it weren't for him (apparently) the women would not have been involved in child pornography. I understand they are at fault but to say that the sentencing differences are different only because of their sex seems blissfully ignorant of the other factors in the case. The article certainly would not make me think the courts were sexist in this case. Honestly, I wonder if OP isn't trolling (beckoning your kind of response which calls posters to /MR sexists, rightfully). I mean there's really nothing in the article to suggest that the child porn was equally spread between those involved.
