HB-n scale does not define how attractive the woman is physically, as this can and will differ from person to person. HB-n scale defines the emotions that a girl has stirred in whomever is telling the story. If i say "Oh I saw a hot girl, she was at least a 9", I'm describing the girl, the problem is that she might be a 9 for me, but a 6 or 7 for you.
