That first paragraph is the main problem with like 90% of us dudes. I learned way too late in life how important it is to work on trust/attachment issues hiding inside of all of us since childhood.

Seduction = pursuit of sex. Dating = pursuit of a romantic relationship.

Bro, as someone who just went down the path of creating a Situationship with someone I knew I didn’t see a future with, DO NOT DO IT. Just trust me on this. Don’t get caught up with someone that you enjoy sex with, but don’t see a genuine relationship compatibility with. I recently learned the hard way that even though your logical brain can decipher the difference between someone that you genuinely enjoy, but have no real future with, your nervous system can absolutely go rogue and create a sig…

In addition to the other comments, I don’t why it’s not painfully obvious that you are killing your chances by not keeping in touch with them after the night is over. Getting their number or IG gives you the opportunity to keep the flame lit while you’re apart, but you’re instead choosing to just let it die out. You will never keep a woman’s interest at a high level without some level of regular engagement.

Bro, you’re 20 yrs old. You have no idea who “the one” for you is yet, and you’re too young to truly know who you even are, and it’s gonna be years before you figure that out and start finding the one. You’ll see what I mean soon enough. For now, with this specific situation, wait a couple of days. If you don’t hear from her then tell her a day or so before she leaves that you fully understand how bad the date went, that’s not how spending time with you will normally go, and see if she’s free fo…

It’s usually spontaneous and nonchalant. That way there’s no pressure or awkwardness, it’s just two friends who already know each other getting a release, then going about their friendship again. Intentionally approaching a friend for sex can be very dangerous and puts the friendship at serious risk.

From both being horny in the same place at the same time… level of attraction can be a factor but isn’t as much since friends already know and trust each other.

Opening doors is fairly common, just understand yes it’s likely going to set a precedent of it being expected every time they get into the car

Avoidant personality traits show up in times of conflict. That’s not what this is… She is straight up not interested.

Ehh I wouldn’t say that’s 100% accurate. The vast majority of guys I fly with live well into their 80s+ after a career of flying long international/redeye routes. It just comes down to how you keep yourself healthy with what the job entails, there are adjustments you can make so that way the abnormal schedule doesn’t affect you, along with the obvious such as maintaining a good diet/exercise. A lot of pilots when they get older keep eating the airplane food, which is very high in sodium and suga…

Pilot here, former military and current airline. It’s not the slam dunk you think it is. There are a lot of women who have been burned by pilots using their constant travels to cheat, so there is a decent amount of apprehension these days when women find out I’m a pilot. Does it still sound cool to a lot of people when I say what I do? Sure, but that maybe just gets a conversation going. In the end it’s still the same as anyone else and comes down to your ability to hold that conversation well, …

I think he’s trying to say you can have the attractive qualities that assholes have without actually being an asshole

Your second sentence (and a lot of the rest honestly) is the basic framework for consistent romantic success and needs to be taught to every human being on earth. Very well said.

I commented earlier but my experience was always the exact opposite… the girl was always the first to show signs of wanting more than just being friends. I never did anything “boyfriend” like or anything outside of the typical small favors all friends do for each other. Makes sense that women are actually more susceptible to catching feelings because it’s biological… it’s a basic primal survival instinct to emotionally attach to the partner that can keep them and any potential offspring safe. Bu…

FWBs don’t usually last long. Everyone in here so far talking about the guy eventually catching feelings, but in my experience it’s always been the other way around. Women can often be the one to develop attachment instead. But short answer is yes. Just know that someone will likely want more at some point.

Sounds like you’re forgetting that online dating is easy, shallow, and most of the hard work is done for you. There’s way less obstacles to overcome… obviously anyone on a dating app is actively looking to socialize, and when you match with someone, you know you already meet their preferences on looks. Plus, most people lay out all their interests and backgrounds right on their profiles, so you already have plenty to work with to start and steer conversations in the right direction. Doing all th…

Look for inviting signs. Eye contact, open/inviting body language showing she’s comfortable near you, smiling, etc. If you’ve initiated a conversation and she’s giving one word answers, she ain’t interested unless you can quickly hit on a topic she likes or at least wants to talk about. If any girl you’re talking to gives long, detailed sentences for responses and (this is the big one) asks you questions in return, then you’re on the right track and just have to keep her engaged.

Only true for aggressive women that already want you. You don’t always turn them on through rejection, they just don’t take no for an answer. There are A LOT of women who could be interested in you but are just as nervous to pursue you, like guys who get nervous and wuss out on talking to a girl we really like and miss out to the dude who had the balls to hit on her first. The woman will take the L and miss out on you simply because they needed you to approach them first and break the ice. The s…

It’s worked for me very well, but I learned that being a gentleman is VERY easy to overdo…. Like to the point where it looks cheesy and therefore unattractive. Being a casual and relaxed, yet chivalrous gentleman can make very positive and lasting impressions. I basically act like a gentleman that could give two shits about looking like a gentleman.
