2	I can’t turn it off Well you said earlier it’s a fact you don’t have inherent value and I just wanted to push back on that. If you start basing your value on external results like being able to seduce a woman and you fail, then by your logic your value decreases. I don’t think that’s a solid foundation for self-esteem. 1	I can’t turn it off I agree that you're responsible for how you show up. I disagree that your inherent worth is linked to performance. If you perform badly that doesn't make you worthless.
