If a man is not fit for service (about 20% of Swiss men are not fit enough) then you have the option to enter the civilian service which is more or less like volunteering. You do work for police, fire, or health departments, for example. If you don’t do either then you pay the 3% tax. But yes, women are exempt from all of the above.

Yeah i've gotten OK at bottling it up. I worry that if I try to open up people will think theres at least some wrong doing on my part (e.g. I was probably an asshole to her; maybe she embellished the story but I still abused her a bit; etc.) so I just don't talk about it at all to anyone. But fuck those people replying to my comment on TrollX. Really kind of ruined my day reading their remarks.

Someone on TrollXX posted this and I replied with "I guess i'm really fucking unlucky then" (referring to my own story, I don't need to go into detail.) I was downvoted -74 and called an actual rapist by about 5 people. This was yesterday and today. They just want confirmation bias. They'll latch onto anything that fits their view and disregard anything that contradicts, regardless of what the real world says.

The guy should have explained that he was not putting her drinks on his tab ("buying me drinks" assumes he was offering but didn't follow through). Likewise, if a woman has a drink with a guy she shouldn't expect that he will be paying (unless it's made clear that he is paying). People should just be clear about who is paying instead of relying on this unfair social norm that men pay for everything.

Probably because low IQ people aren't organized (and smart) enough to defend themselves publicly. And people wouldn't listen to them anyways as they don't have value to society. This is a good point though. The glass basement is 100% supported by research, it affects men disproportionately.

Thing is, most transwomen / men that I hear from are less fanatical about it than their non-trans "advocates". I've had the same experiences talking with trans people (some of them friends). I get the impression most of them just want to be left alone and treated normally, and not have their personal lives used by non-trans people for political motives.
