3	If the wage gap existed(more of a rant) Unsure at how many companies she has been but it may be time to switch company. Toxic cultures are unfortunately common but definetely not everywhere. 3	If the wage gap existed(more of a rant) Mind sharing what field they work in? Ive only got experience in the computer science and engineering field which are men dominated fields but i have experienced and seen the positive discrimination for women in those fields. The hiring requirements for women are lower and if management can make a choice between similarly qualified they usually go for the women purely for having more gender variation.	/r/MensRights	31/07/20 08:36 PM
