Smart. I did get it to at least walk back some of its comments which it admitted were “potentially insensitive” or something, but it still didn’t back down on its position overall.

Fair, I agree actually. Just they weren’t as benevolent or heroic as many people assume. Alongside what they’re known for, 1st wav feminists shamed young men by handing them white feathers, to publicly humiliate them for being in the streets, because this meant they weren’t dying in war. Suffragettes literally mobilized to push young men into running into the trenches in WW1. Then you have the 2nd wave feminists with lovely creatures such as Valerie Solonas and the SCUM manifesto. I don’t unders…

96%? That’s quite a claim. Female-on-male violence is often underreported because of shame. No man wants to be demonized as “the man who hits women”. With all due respect, read the stories of plenty of men on this subreddit and even if you don’t like a few, there’s a lot that show many men suffer in silence because they’re told their problems don’t matter or that they just don’t have any. Misandry can absolutely kill. Misandry is why men are afraid to speak up against abuse. It’s why Reddit itse…

Exactly! Men have an out group bias towards women, women have an in group bias towards women. Scientific fact.

Have you ever heard of the WAW effect? Explains a lot.

In name maybe, but the WAW effect lives on.

lol, reminds me of a rooster! I heard sometimes when people throw them treats and stuff, even if they like them, they’ll just call over the hens to eat them like it’s saying “hey, look what I found! I’m a man! 💪🐔” 😁

As a feminist, do you give a damn about men? Honestly, most people, men or women, don’t give a damn about men and boys anyway, so you’re not unique or unusual.

I may be seen as radical for this, but I don’t 100% agree with the first two “waves” either. A lot of history is whitewashed.

Interesting. Careful though, because AI can also lie to maintain mainstream diatribe. I went to ChatGPT to ask about how foreskin removal is any worse than clitoral hood removal (both are awful and a violation of a human beings bodily autonomy), and although it couldn’t give any reasons they were different, it kept arguing it’s not the same anyway. If you used ChatGPT, I’m surprised it would even admit something like that.

Big dog, little dog. Little dogs misbehave because people think it’s adorable. It’s the big dogs they’re smacking around and using shock collars on.

lol, my previous reply to you got deleted and my other account also got the 3 day ban from Reddit! All I suggested was that it’s a shame the driver likely took the brunt of it and died because of her. Well, it was a bit more critical than that, but I don’t want to repeat it and risk another ban from the Reddit admins (who are okay with serial misandrists and literal pedophiles, so I’ll just assume they’re into that sort of stuff themselves).

You’re preaching to the choir. We even have to be careful what we post here, which I don’t blame the mods for one bit. They’ve taken down stuff I’ve posted just for calling feminists out, because they can get away with far worse than what we can get away with here. We are not treated the same, I will agree with feminists on that.

I hoped they stopped posting because they realized they were wrong and that they and Ukrainian men had more common cause than not at that point. I don’t want to argue because I admit I’m not necessarily well versed in political crises, but how would Zelensky have better managed it? By becoming a Russian satellite state? Both Russian and Ukrainian men are being used as pawns, and Putin has far more blame in this than Zelensky, in my opinion. But I’m open to changing my mind.

Speaking of Africa, I appreciate that people came together for the over 10,000 boys kidnapped by Boko Haram over 3 or something years. Just kidding, boys don’t matter. Now those 300 girls, though? They’re worth advocating for. The boys were probably just future rapists of women, because that’s what men like us are all about. 🤷 Seriously though, I can’t stand guys like that former friend you described. It has been proven that women have a strong in group bias towards women, and that men have an o…

Sometimes I wonder if money was the worst thing ever created. Anyway, I wonder what Reddit shows to women and feminists to get them angry and engaged? Mild anti feminist threads from this subreddit? Because as far as I know, there’s no literal self proclaimed “male supremacy” subreddit, and fetish subs don’t count.

I keep getting recommendations for random shit. I’ll try and do that, but last I remember, I had trouble doing it for some reason.

I agree. You’re getting downvoted because unlike feminists, MRAs actually care about equality and don’t want women being discriminated against either. Feminists just don’t care because men are subhuman to them. What are your reasons? Is it because female hate subs are everywhere on Reddit while actual egalitarian subs like this are in constant danger of being shut down?

Women and men build women up. Most women only care about building women up. When some men standup and say “hey, you don’t hear it much, but we’re struggling too. How about us?”, you accuse us of stealing your spotlight. Men stood up for women. Unfortunately, women are way less likely to stand up for men.

It annoying because I don’t want to see that shit. I already know feminism is just female supremacy, that’s why I’m a MGTOW. I don’t need Reddit to say “hey, check this out! What you think, huh? Whatcha gonna do?”

I appreciate that you agree these veterans shouldn’t be left behind, but what do you think of there being a male-only draft? And do you consider MRAs on this sub part of the “misogynistic manosphere”? If so, what do you think of prominent feminists spreading anti male propaganda, painting us all as rapist subhumans? Not you necessarily, but a lot of feminists equate a few powerful men, like Zuckerberg and Elon Musk, with men in general. It’d be one thing if this was all just two way insults, but…

Despite the Nordic countries giving women everything and then some, they STILL hate men and boys? If feminism is “equality” and MRAs are a “hate group”, then consider me a hateful extremist, please.

Gender equal military slavery? Don’t Israeli men serve 3 years while Israeli women only serve 1?
/r/MensRights04/04/26 07:16 PM

That’s already the case in countries that draft both, like Israel. Of course, men there are drafted for 3 years and women only 1 year. Just because we’re better suited for martial prowess doesn’t mean we have less of a right to live than you. Draft is misandry and inhumane, full stop.

So if you’re deemed fit to fight and potentially die, you should be forced to do that?
/r/MensRights04/04/26 07:12 PM

This reminds me of another thread on this subreddit about how if men have to be drafted to war, then by that logic it could be justified for women to be drafted for giving birth. It’s insane and inhumane, which was exactly his point. To violate a woman by taking control of her body like that is reprehensible, so why isn’t it seen as reprehensible to take control of a man’s body and make him go out to potentially die? But the thread was brigaded by feminists who, like usual, misrepresented the en…

I do agree men deserve more recognition when forced into this role. All the propaganda about “equality” or how women are just as strong and capable and stuff while selectively drafting men is more than a violation of physical autonomy, it’s a psychological gut punch. But that still doesn’t make the draft fair. I’m against it, but your take is still more level headed than most draft proponents.

Same. I think thanks to the whole incel scare that went on for years, it’s automatically assumed that any male issue is related grievance wise. “You just gotta meet someone” is not a good response to my grief over my circumcision, because those two things have nothing to do with each other!

If Canadian men don’t care, they deserve it. If Canadian women don’t care, Canadian men should abandon them because only they can care for themselves. I say this as a Canadian man. I’m not the same online extremist I was years ago, I’m just upset and have given up on people in general. I can’t look at anyone the same way anymore.

Canadian here. Women as a bloc, and the politicians trying to woo them, taught me growing up that not only did women not need me, but that they probably didn’t want me anyway and were better off without. Maybe it made me better off, I don’t know. Either way, I go my own way. I will never “respect” (worship) the collective political juggernaut known as “women”. I will respect certain individual women, most of them at that, but otherwise MGTOW is likely all I’ll ever be, and I’m not happy or sad, …

It’s a bad trap to fall into. I don’t consider myself one, though I’ve said some pretty heinous shit on the internet out of hurt from this stuff. People say “it’s just online”, and sure, the most extreme stuff is, but it’s treated at best as ignorable and at worst as understandable by society in general, while besides this subreddit, venting outlets I grew up with were destroyed en masse. Being autistic, I just retreated into my own little world and don’t trust anyone. I’ll likely lead a boring …

Why not? Make a truce with all the powerful men who let society become misandristic for their benefit: They can rule the world with their huge harems of independent women, hunt down the self hating misandrist males, and the few of us can start over with a civilization based on just living to the fullest, on actual justice and peace an goodwill. Be the change we want to see. I don’t hate anyone, especially not inherently. I just never asked to BE hated.

You kidding? Knowing society in general, men included, the most they’d do is nervous laughter. More likely, they’d just agree. Or say something like “we probably deserve it for all our past sins, but spare us please”.

Part of me feels it’s better to leave those up. It takes way more to take down misandrists content because it supposedly either doesn’t exist, or if it does it’s deserved. Let more men see what they’re really thought of. Stuff about hurting women is abhorred and taken down when the light of day shines on it, rightly so. But if this is what’s considered karma or whatever by the average person, men included, then why help them? Why help people that refuse to help themselves? I’m not the only one t…

Canadian here. Met great people growing up, both genders, but we were constantly taught, by school, government, media, etc. about the dangers I posed and how I need to make up for stuff, etc. and I was demoralized as hell eventually, mainly when I got to around high school and was mature enough to either comprehend what was being said about me, or when women in general began to comprehend it and act accordingly. No teacher, no government official, would say anything nice about men’s roles in soc…
