I read through this entire thread and I'm having difficulty finding good takeaways. Some people have strategies that work for them - but its an awful lot of effort being invested to deceive. Isn't being alpha controlling your destiny - and not hiding your reality? Can't this be reframed? Seems like these ruses exist only to hide weakness.
