Between the library, Starbucks, other hotspots, colleges/unis (just ask a student for the password), shelters, restaurants, there's really no excuse for going without Internet. You can even get cheap cell plans for like $5. Plenty of people give used functional phones away for free, but that's at most $10-50. Then just take some MIT or Ivy League courses for free. That's what I did, and I found an employer sympathetic enough to judge me based of my skill and not a degree.

Community College is free/close to free in some states. If not, you can educate yourself for free almost anywhere but you won't get a price of paper proving it.

Reddit seem to follow a similar pattern. Admins disapprove of a sub. They warn/quarantine them and set some impossible standards. Mods are removed or banned. Sub is banned for being unmoderated or because the 2 remaining mods can't handle the workload. All other similar subs are banned for "duplicating a banned sub", even if they focus on completely different things or had different rules + mods.

Simple, forced abortions if the bio father is not okay with it and another person doesn't take his place. If that is not an option force adoption/foster care which will sufficiently disincentive women from lying/etc to get an abortion. Or a woman could just take full responsibility if it's her sole decision.
