6	Life should flow naturally once the pill has been swallowed. Swallowing the pill is just simply killing your ego you seem pretty new to the red pill, its not just that dude, its just anxiety doesn't matter, it's just an obstacle, a simple one :) and i know we all see the things we used to have in other people, but let them figure it out themselves on their own journey, worry about what your doing and don't let the beta traits in others feed your ego cause they might be pretty happy doing what they do.	/r/TheRedPill	29/11/14 03:09 PM

Swallowing the pill is just simply killing your ego I feel the same way, I was 'good' in a simple reality before understanding and finding the red pill, It then led me to losing my identity, not knowing who i was, observing all my problems, anxiety. I kept saying in my head, 'I'm not going to do this, speak to this person or get this job application, because I'm still working on myself (lifting, confidence) etc, But once you let go and follow your heart, and i think thats the main thing following your heart, you really understand what you want.
