What am I doing wrong/not seeing? I was laid off four months ago (first time in my life; never had problems, was considering quitting anyway) and decided to go full into creating my own business. Spent some time researching, gathering data, etc., and currently prototyping. I can expect months of long hours. I communicated all this, and miss seemed to be fine with it, even excited. She felt secure and comforted by my income for a significant length of time. When I was laid off, that comfort and s…

What do you advocate for people cutting weight but at intermediate numbers? I’m 5’7 169 with pronounced love handles. 25% body fat on iDXA scan last July. Best sets: Bench 190 (6); Squat 215 (3); Deadlift 265 (6). Should I back off volume? Not worry about gaining strength? Go ahead with the program anyway and see where it goes?

Added more DEVI this week. Added Dominance which was easy, I just took the caveman mentality and fucked the shit out of her without caring. I also took that mentality and said what I wanted to say to her without thinking about if she liked it. I called her a slut and received some backlash. I thought it was too much dominance at once, without enough emotion. So the next time we had sex, I made sure to tell her all gushy stuff as well, while keeping the caveman mentality. That set something off i…

I’m about to get 5,800 Is this an annual bonus? If so, then you can devote $800 of it to: I want to get a gym membership, but that will have to be placed on hold for now until I have some extra money. Maybe you can provide more details on your home weight bench, but it sounds like it’s inadequate or uninspiring to get you to take lifting seriously. As far as the loans, pick the one with the highest interest rate first or see if there’s a way to consolidate the three into one with an interest rat…
