| 14 | You are going to slip and fall right into a comfortable sofa. Get the hell back up.One time when I had a cold and a very runny nose my brother convinced me to go lift with him. I felt like shit but figured I would give it a shot and take it easy there; high reps low weight. What amazed me was I actually felt 100% better during my workout. I wasn't sneezing at all and my nose had cleared up significantly. So if you're in a situation where you can lift without getting others sick, try it. It might alleviate some of your symptoms. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/02/15 08:12 PM |

| 1 | 2015 Resolutions. Let's all get better.Lifting belts help your lower back from hyperextending which, in turn, allows your core and lower back to be used more efficiently. I used to think belts were shit too, but they're very useful when pushing out of your current strength level or setting PRs. And the basis of strength training is this concept of progressive overload, as we all know That said, you should not rely on them but rather view them as a type of support mechanism. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/01/15 06:16 AM |
| 3 | The easiest way to improve frame: POSTURE.If you're deadlifting close to your max you should only do it once or twice a week, anything more can cause severe CNS strain. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/11/14 07:46 PM |
