yeah, was going to say this. Totally a sexist statement. OF COURSE the judge is a female, female = evil and sexist towards men. no. Bias towards men in the courts is not a matter of female judges giving men harsher punishments. It is an issue of systemic bias in law codes and procedure and also unfair cultural perceptions/ideals that often contribute to men being treated differently or more harshly. The gender of the judge is pretty much irrelevant.
