5	Chill The best thing with these payment systems is that they only rely on a mobile coverage, which in most places are pretty much anywhere except the deep wilds. This solved the cash-handling issue for pretty much all medium and small vendors. You simply do not go around and accuse people for stuff without being certain, no matter how noble you think the cause is. In many countries that would count as illegal slander with legal repercussions. But these morons though they had all the right in the world to do what they did.
