Just start improving from the inside out like you already are. For push-ups if you're having trouble you can try them while you're on your knees. I dealt with depression and it's a total bitch but you got to force yourself to do things even when you feel like absolute shit. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to end it, just stop living and finally stop feeling like a total failure. Yeah they do like cruises and having a "woman's day out" or a week to go and get drunk, probably hook up with some drunk guys and buy shit that they don't even need. I like traveling too but for me it's about hiking up mountains, hell even rent a 420 friendly cabin in Colorado and relax away from all the drama and shit coming from women.

I grew up in a single mother home. Mom dated all kinds of losers. Alcoholics, basement dwellers, and lazy stoners. The alcoholics were the worst. They were verbally abusive to me and sometimes physically. It showed me the importance of the family structure. Women shouldn't be looking for boyfriends if they're single mothers they should be taking care of their kids. But you know they love their bad boys.

Pretty much how I came to be and was raised. Sad but it's becoming the norm (if it hasn't already). I took the red pill and my mother can't imagine why I've never had a girlfriend, because I've been the good guy and it gets me nothing but ugly desperate women while the attractive ones look over me.
