The point of the group is halfway between a normal men’s support group and an artist /creative workshop. We support each other & give each other advice on things. The topics change every week. This week we will focus on collaboration and networking. I think the connection with men’s rights is that often men’s groups are shunned as sexist, toxic, misogynistic, etc. But men’s groups usually aren’t those things. Men have a right to meet, enjoy each other’s company, connect, etc without being judged…

I think the fat acceptance movement is also a marketing scheme. If most Americans are overweight & models are not ever overweight, that's a business opportunity. People are very tribal and loyal to their tribes. Fat people are no exception.
