To be more specific the first part of the constitution is: Allen die zich in Nederland bevinden, worden in gelijke gevallen gelijk behandeld. I can tell you growing up as a male in this time is scary, I’m scared for my future my chance to get a job, my chance to not get falsely accused of rape before I even leave university.
