Some people frown upon therapy but that's called being too arrogant to understand that you may have problems aswell. (Obviously not talking about you personally). Therapy provides mental support, as opposed to family who provide emotional support. You need them both. For so long, I was too arrogant to go to therapy but after having gone 3 times, it's definitely helped me.
