Season 1 was good and then the writers got carte blanche to fill season 2 with woke garbage. This is just the latest example. The show started it's downward trajectory season 2 and got exponentially worse each season. The lead writer has openly admitted he's pushing his politics on the audience. And his side of the spectrum thinks sexual assault of men is funny.

There is nothing wrong with saying that taxpayers should not pay for healthy people to not work. Your really have to twist yourself into a pretzel to think that statement is a men's right problem.

Love to have women here. It's a place for people who want everyone treated equally. Many women start thinking about this kind of equality when they have a son but props to anyone who just wants everyone to be treated the same on principle.

Usually it's just jealousy from women. They used up their best years pursuing 10/10 Chad that never materialized into a forever relationship. Or they just ran around for 10 years for feelgoods. Now they know they will never have a top tier relationship they dreamed of and they don't want to see younger, better overall girls taking what's left of their potential mates. More or less just jealousy.

you are extremely dumb to admit it in the open. So which one is it? Are you misguided by the term or just dumb, because I can’t figure it out. Just going to point out to the thread that you've said how you're 'involved with politics' who is better at bringing people together and finding common ground than the average person. Fathers will teach their sons to be wary of feminism Been happening for a while I'd say. Worth mentioning that my work management has told the team not to meet with any women one on one. Too much risk. Apparently we had a contractor suing us for several incidents while she was still working onsite with us. But still seems like a rule to live by for everyone at this point.

It's a no brainer that a woman doesn't weigh more than the guy she's with. If she's anywhere close it's probably an issue. The guy needs more muscle and the girl needs way less fat. That rule is so basic it shouldn't even need to be said out loud.

It's very regional. I live in the Northeast. Boston is absolutely terrible. Stuck up women with ultra high standards. But suburban northeast Connecticut has good looking girls with down to earth standards. Newhaven CT was also down to earth girls fun and not snobby. Some areas just suck so look around is my advice.

It's not bad if you understand that Jane is an isolated and very rare case. Jane in the movie is a person worthy of serving. If you leave the movie thinking that most women try that hard, or have similar qualifications as Jane, then you fell for the propaganda.

We've been told for our own protection to never be alone in a room with a female at work. There was a particular contractor who was suing over some sort of transgression. This is the official answer for the government of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Anyone can use any bathroom. Men can use the women's room and it doesn't need to be marked non gender. No one should ever challenge anyone based on appearance. If anyone asks you can say "my gender identity is not your business." Any further challenge is grounds for lawsuit. Best wishes OP. Particularly rough hearing about family members being so cold but it's not unheard of. It's really ingrained in much of society that men must produce to be valuable. Since you're the bread winner I'd wager there's some history in his family where they felt he wasn't pulling his weight beforehand. Then this hits and any feelings like that get magnified.

The writer of this article is an idiot. It's typical; she gives the single woman all benefits of the doubt and shits on single men in the same position. Also the dumbest thing in her article is the statement that 'you didn't miss out being single at 46'. Yeah you did. You didn't have children. You don't have a full family. You don't experience the joy of coming home and having your own child run into your arms to give you a loving hug. You missed out on things and will continue to miss out.

The act of getting married carries some weight. You are standing before God and everyone you know and you say 'till death do us part'. That's a major commitment and its supposed to mean something. The point in this example is that her shallow preference is one sided. Only she is allowed to have a standard. She gets upset when the guy has his own. Hungary and Poland have been trying to revive their own historical cultures. They are pushing back against the waves of illegal immigrants common to Western Europe. They are trying things like in the OP to reinforce the traditional family and keep their individual cultural identities intact. A 7 month old fetus is not your body autonomy. Its a living being at that point. It sucks its thumb and feels pain and has it's own brain. Yes it is completely selfish to refer to a small human being capable of thought and feeling as "just part of your body" that can be dismissed at will. Because there are more people involved? Two parents plus the child, all have their lives affected by whether a baby is taken to term or not. I cannot get over the absolute selfishness of a woman who think having a baby involves no one other than herself.
/r/MensRights11/05/22 03:18 AM

"Give it up when necessary" - then what? Then the baby gets adopted. Infants have a 100% adoption rate. It doesnt go into the foster system, which exists to remove children from dangerous homes. If you dont want your late term viable baby you arrange adoption and literally choose who gets it. Do a little research and stop spitting out fake talking points

Pro choice for elective abortions right up to birth? Because that's what they are arguing for and what most Americans don't want. Most Americans find it "disgusting" (your word) when they look at what late term abortions entail. At some point the fetus is viable and suffers during the abortion and the mother needs to take it to term. Then she can give it up if necessary.

Asian style martial arts used to be thought of as a self defense tool, but MMA has pulled the curtain back and revealed them all to be largely useless in this regard. You definitely need to be careful as a man in American society. But more important than anything is to take care of yourself. Eat right. Work out. Develop a career. Build assets and protect them. In almost no cases was anyone FORCED to have sex that resulted in pregnancy. Millions of abortions are just used as birth control. At some point in the pregnancy the fetus has rights too. The debate is when. It's not crazy to say that when the fetus can feel pain It's no longer 'just the woman's body. The father should have say in it along with the fetus that is about to be terminated.

We're talking about a pre-pubescent child performing erotic acts at a bar for cash. You can't claim it's a sterile environment when other performers are simultaneously dressed in fishnets and panties. Due process means that you afford everyone the same treatment under the law. It's one of the main tenants of Men's Rights: Men face certain legal discriminations which that should be iden…

Who are you virtue signaling to here? This is possibly the only forum on Reddit more hated than The_Donald.

“I just feel like I failed,” I said to my girlfriend one night, trying to explain why I was so sad. “I wish you’d stop saying that,” she said. “You didn’t fail the PCT; the trail failed you.” Lol. People actually think this way.

Yeah, the shirt is still dumb. I'm a dad and I babysit. My wife is a mom and she babysits. Getting upset about people using the term wrong doesn't do you any good, it just makes you look like a wussie little crybaby. Babysitting isn't an offensive term unless you're such a wuss that you need to invent something to get upset about. I care about people who have their lives ruined due to false rape accusations. I care about prejudicial hiring practices that prevent people from being judged based on…

It doesnt sound odd for my wife to say she's 'babysitting' on a given day. It indicates that she's busy and can't make other plans. That's the same way I use the term and it's the same way that term has been used for decades. We don't say we are busy 'parenting'. That's something you do all the time anyway. It doesn't suggest that you are particularly occupied for a limited span of time in the way 'babysitting' does. Hey Dad, want to go to the game saturday? Can't make it, I'm babysitting that d…

Dad here. I call it babysitting. I don't tell people I can't commit to an event because I'm home 'parenting' at that time. I don't see the problem and find it annoying that people make a thing about the term babysitting.

I notice this kind of thing a lot on talent shows like America's Got Talent. The female judges get very animated when commenting on attractive male contestants. They make comments directly about the sexual appearance of good looking guys quite a bit. Once I noticed that happen a few times I made a note to remember if any male judge did anything similar for any female contestants. And I've never seen it happen going the other way. Even when Howard Stern was on the show I don't recall him ever sex…

How was the kid stolen? From what I read of her AMA this woman has absoutely no genetic ties to the child, on top of having absolutely no legal claim to the child.

Don't let the people who hate you win. There's a lot of movement in the US to make fatherhood so intimidating that men won't bother to have children. Not all of that is intentional. Lots of media shoved down your throat just wants you to believe kids make your life suck, or they are so hard that it's not worth it. Unless you're absolutely against having kids, go find a nice woman somewhere and start a family. You've got a limited window of time to do it. Kids are cool. Families are cool. Fathers…

I don't see it as a race issue either. But it was written as a race issue in the article by Shaun King. That article was posted on this forum right at the same time as this post. I commented on both posts and mistook this article (which is much more neutral) for the race-baiting article written by Shaun King.

What felony? An idiot was illegally crossing the highway a night dressed in black. She wasnt intoxicated and may not have been speeding. The woman deserves a punishment for fleeing the scene and not getting help. That's not at all murder. It's debatable manslaughter.

This is not a men's right issue. It's a race-baiting post and it was already posted earlier. Anyone upvoting this as some sort of men's rights issue needs to take 5 minutes and look into the story. The kid who was killed was crossing a highway at night, dressed all in black. He had to climb a barrier to get on the freeway. The woman wasn't speeding and had no evidence of drugs in her system. Woman seems like a real loser in life, but there's no men's rights issue here.

Don't see any men's rights issue here. The story is debunked in the first comment on imgur.

Wow. They admit right in the video that (in their opinion) unless you were white, the USA was not a great country. That's pretty damned presumptuous. It takes a special kind of arrogance to speak for every non-white person's opinion about how they feel about the whole damned country.

People are always talking about how great PP is for other things, but they are still the #1 abortion provider in the US. That means the orgainization shouldn't get federal funding. Because it's illegal for federal funds to go to abortions. I care more about the hypocracy involved than in the actual organization. Don't tell me that PP doesn't use federal funding for abortions. If you're the #1 abortion provider in the country, then you shouldn't get any federal funding while the Hyde Amendment ex…

It's illegal for federal funds to go to abortions. Planned parenthood performs 330,000 abortions a year, or roughly 30 percent of all the abortions in the country. No federal funding should go to that organization. People that think it's a wonderful organization are free to donate their own money to it, or appeal for state donations. What the hell is this doing on men's rights anyway?

Damn, that's a pretty professional cop. I actually believe that, as ridiculous as it is, the young woman really believes that she is being raped too. Love the end. "You're under arrest" "No I'm not."

"The events continue to remain the same: She called him out for grabbing a woman's ass. He spit and swung at her. He paid for it." It really stains credulity that it happened as reported. Has anyone ever seen anything like that happen, ever? I've been to a lot of bars, and I've never in my life seen or even heard of a guy taking the first swing at a girl like that. It just doesnt pass the smell test. Maybe the whole thing is made up.

Dancing can be fun. Getting lucky can be fun. I'm not a big nightclub guy, but that's only after a lot of experience recognizing that nightclub/danceclubs are some of the worst bars to go to (as a guy).

No one expects them to see these posts and change their behavior. However, raising awareness that this double-standard exists may reduce these kind of occurrences in the long run.

There are different kinds of strippers. Some are just trying to make some extra money and would rather chat you up so they don't have to strip much. Others don't want to get involved at all, are totally emotionally detached, and would rather just strip. Some have issues and will do anything at all to make more money. You can't lump all strippers together as if they are all the same. They have different motivations. And clubs are very different too. Some charge the strippers money to be allowed t…

In the fantasy setting of Game of Thrones, it's a husband and wife's duty to have sex. Rape doesn't really apply in the context of this fantasy setting. This is not just a one-way street. While it's typical that the wife may not be interested in being forced into sex with her husband, there are specific examples where the husband is not interested either. Stannis in the books is rather asexual and 'does his duty' with his hirsute wife. He clearly doesn't want to. Renly Baratheon is gay and in an…

"It was a fundamentally damaging experience that still has a decent chance of making me kill myself, and until I was a teenager I had literally no idea I wasn't supposed to have enjoyed it." Why would you want to kill yourself? And why aren't you supposed to have enjoyed it? That sentence explicitly says that you did enjoy the experience until later on when you regretted it. But somehow the regret has made you suicidal.

Pedophilia is sexual attraction to pre-pubescent individuals. BY DEFINITION it is not going to target 13-15 year olds. Those are young adults that are generally biologically capable of sexual reproduction. You can make sex with minors illegal. That's not in any way the same thing as pedophilia.
/r/MensRights01/05/15 08:04 PM

"Young adult woman targeting 13, 14, or 15-year-old males" is not pedophilia. Most likely the writer quoted the doctor and then sensationalized the article's title, invalidating the whole writeup. There's blatant discrimination in these type of sex cases, but people need to distinguish actual pedophilia (sex with pre-pubescent children) from illegal consensual sex with minors. They are not in the same league.
