But too much attention just turns you into a simp so what's the solution

Well what did that guy do to make her think so highly of him then?

Would it be worth shooting my shot in those countries as a brown dude?

Gonna be honest dude, unless you can be honest with your mom that you're gonna dick down some girl in your room, it ain't gonna happen. You're 21, still young. Try to do it on the car or go to her house or something. Maybe tell your dad, see if he can take your mom out so you can have the house to yourself

Uh I'm just not a horny fuck and I don't enter relationships for the sake of sex? Wanting sex constantly doesn't make you a man

That's fair, I'm burnt out from all the one night stands as is. I also understand that other people have had sexual pasts and I don't really judge unless it's something quite hardcore. I'm only worried about whether the waiting game eventually leads to a sexless relationship. Only thing I can do is maintain my level of attractiveness and masculine frame - can't really put a guarantee on these kinds of things

What is I don't want sex on the first date? I like creating that connection first. I suppose I have to learn to balance not pressing it and also not coming off beta. Any advice?

He's just saying that the confidence level of a 25 year old would've landed him so much game as a high schooler. But personally, even though I also was kind of a simp in high school, I don't regret those years since it's a good reference point to show myself how far I've come. I don't regret anything I've done in my past since I see it all as personal growth

So as far as I understand your perspective, you could also chalk up the differences in the observed population to more than just face value. Likely the hotter ones got married and have no reason to be on dating apps. Same goes for the ones with a good personality. You're basically seeing people who are desperate to find a partner as they are in their 30 year old range, and who also, for some reason, were unable to find a partner whether that be due to their looks, personality, or other personal …

Probably you're so used to her presence that you forgot what made her special. Even if logically you know she's great, emotionally you aren't "feeling it". Why don't you schedule a super fun and exciting date like an amusement park or go moonlight kayaking. If that still doesn't fix it, either there's something in the relationship dynamic that isn't fulfilling your needs or you have a gut feeling about something wrong that you aren't able to cognitively label yet

How did you expect to maintain your friendship if you weren't in contact with them? Unless these people were genuinely your close friends from several years ago, they probably don't care about you. It's not anything personal, it's just how life works. You need to put effort into everything or they die out

The simplest answer is - follow back if you care enough about wanting to see their posts. Don't follow back if you don't want to see their posts. It literally doesn't make a drop of a difference in the world.

Honestly, OP's anger is unfounded. She even offered to reschedule so it's not like he got blew off. Even then, a high value man will always have other things to do like you mentioned. Plus, why is OP placing so much value in what that girl said? She shouldn't be the only girl in his life nor should his emotions go so out of wack because one girl couldn't make it

This 100%. Yesterday I became so frustrated with the way the world worked and incredibly angry with myself for the lack of control I seemingly had on anything that I almost cried. 2 hours later I got my first "come over" text and it clicked. TRP works because it is the truth and the truth is ugly. You can either live a life behind tinted lens or you can see the world for what it is and learn to commandeer it.

You're right, I forgot about the fundamentals. I have actually, and when you put it like that it makes more sense. I suppose my option should be to work on myself more and meet other people.

You know what, you're absolutely right. I've been telling myself that I can drop her at any moment and that she can't determine my happiness, but if that was true I wouldn't have written this post. Thanks for giving it to me straight.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
