Why does it seem that blue collar and “average Joe” men have an easier time with female romantic partnership than money making STEM or forum guys?I think the question needs to be reframed: Why does the average Joe sometimes get more attention that higher status guys? From my experience it's not the case I work in a skilled trade. Blue collar work in general ESPECIALLY construction has some of the highest rates of depression and suicide in the US. It reassures a culture of alcoholics and drug abusers. While this could be beneficial if you are going to bars or clubs at night, from my view, most tradesmen that drink go home to do it alone. | 3 | Opinion on dating for males- from a lonely 24MYou are the exception to the rule My point being, if you aren't going to have a wife, a family, or dependents, why would you put in more than the bare minimum required? More money yes, but from my experience there's a very different drive/motivation from single guys (myself), and guys who have a children and or a wife | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/05/23 04:14 AM
Opinion on dating for males- from a lonely 24MThat’s where we need to excel. Do we though? I'm an electrician, the company I work for is dying for new apprentices. Why should a guy do that when you can get paid the same amount or more to work at a desk. What's the incentive to go into labor intensive jobs It is honestly the only thing a man can provide that a woman can’t. It's not even that men can do it better, or even that women lack the skill set. The majority of people simply would not fancy working these types of jobs. The few people t… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/05/23 04:07 AM
Has anyone else noticed a lack of "mixed gatherings" post Me too?23m I don't see very many men or women my age when I'm out and about. I live in an area that has a population skewed significantly older than I am. The cost of living here is sky high, so a larger percentage of young people live at home. Harder to socialize and host gatherings when you don't have a place of your own. Since there are so few young people most gathering places for meeting people are centered around an older market share that can spend more money ie: golf courses, high end bars, cou… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/04/23 08:19 PM
In all seriousness, Men what do you want from women in regards to solving the modern dating problems ?I think the culture can be shifted away from OLD making "traditional" ways of meeting people the norm again. I would definitely choose an in person community that promoted accessible, healthy social circles over any form of social media | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/03/23 06:46 AM
In all seriousness, Men what do you want from women in regards to solving the modern dating problems ?Put less time and energy into dating apps. I want men to stop using them too I'm a bi male so I've experienced both receiving no matches at all, and having to filter through more matches in one hour than I can manage. (Even moderately attractive men will get flooded with attention on Grindr) Think about the reason the hiring process has been so terrible since the advent of online recruiting sites. Recruiters post an ad that anyone can apply for with one click. Hundreds of resumes are submitted. … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/03/23 05:24 AM
Whats your sexual fantasy that will remain a fantasy? WEEKLY DISCUSSION THREADDoes the guy being sexist or an asshole play a large part in your fantasy? Would it make it different if he was into pegging/bondage? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/23 06:09 AM
