If he cant use the pain that both you and me can see in the video, without putting that pain to make his situation better, then he is a SIMP and a CUCK by definition, and there is nothing wrong with us pointing that out here of all places.

Two-thirds of the world population has herpes. Edit: There are 2 types of herpes, you CANT get the worst kind from RECIVING a bj, you can however transmit the worst herpes via blowjob, but as a man you are only exposed to that one when having unprotected sex in the cunt.

Pretty much what you described. She got the money out of patreon, patreon agreed to reimburse the customer and put her in debt. Now she doesnt want to work in patreon anymore because she would have to give back the money to start making money again.

Nietzsche's apparent misogyny is part of his overall strategy to demonstrate that our attitudes toward sex-gender are thoroughly cultural. He saw gender entirely as a social construct. He also said this construct is destructive of our own potential as individuals and as a species, and may be changed. What looks like misogyny may be understood as part of a larger strategy whereby "woman" is shown to be a product of male desire, a construct. Nietzsche said that woman is the source of all folly and…

Sure French Civil Code, Art. 16-10. French Penal Code, Art. 226-25 to 226-30. Archived article from 2009 on the matter from the Irish perspective

This is very missleading. DNA Paternity test are legal; DNA Paternity test in the context of justice investigation on behalf of a judge are illegal. Paterity tests are not illegal in France. If need, a judge can ask for a test. And you can ask for one if you want to contest or if you want to prove a filiation's link. Whats important isnt wether you have the right to know if the child is yours or not; but wether paternity is determined by genes or not. In France it's determined by legal recogniti…

Gamer PC. You can play everything there, not vice versa. It will also not phase out when new one comes (and when you want to upgrade you can just do that, no need to buy everything again. With that been said, if you want to bring buddies over a console will be a much smoother experience.

Judaism (Yehudah) is a religion and Judaism (Yehudim) is an ethnic group. You can convert to the religion but you can only be born into the ethnic group. Also, not all members of the ethnic group practice that religion (8% of ethnic jews in israel are atheist).

A gov official used her influence to kick somebody off a sport event (valued in thousands of dollars) in another country (where she has no jurisdicction) because of an voluntary interaction he had with somebody in which no laws were violated. What gender do you think the persons involved were? do you think all off this would go down the same way if those genders were reversed?

Sorry, I browsed all the tags and I couldnt find anything that would be related. And that kind of blocked my ability to come up with a title. Edit: in retrospect, that tittle is far more clickbait that I intended.

What about the gov involvement? The minister that is supposed to be fighting crime and drug dealers wastes time fucking over somebody because what they say on social media. On top of that, the pass that was revoked is worth thousands of dollars.

Would any of this be different if sexes were reversed? I have plenty of female friends who are 100% willing to di stuff like this for the lulz.

You misunderstood what I said in the 1st post (or probably I misexplained since english isnt my mother language). Rape IS a more serious crime than perjury. I didnt mean different crime same punishment, but rather: "a crime shouldnt be required to be more serious than another crime to see justice" (mostly due the fact that a 200 bucks fine for this crime is a joke).
/r/MensRights11/06/18 02:49 PM

Lets derogate all laws but murder and rape then, and void everybody's opinion on the matter. That seems like a good argument.

A crime does not need to be more serious than another crime to see justice been made. The criminal in the article deserves to see the inside of a jail, and the fact that she got a pussy pass is disgusting.

In 2014, Paul Feig announced he was rebooting Ghostbusters, recasting the team as four women. The news was met with an outpouring of hate directed at the studio, media, and the stars. This had real consequences to the movie’s success: an extreme gender bias in reviews prior to the release date. We examine pivotal moments in this two-year incident through a data set collected from YouTube videos and comments, blog posts, reviews, forums, and articles, with attention to the anger directed at Lesli…

Came here to say this. So far the only measure that has worked is racial profiling, but the backlash was so big last year that they went for this pseudoprogressive garbage and it didnt even work.

Most judiciary systems worldwide force people to pay alimony before sentences because alimony is presumed to be of necessity. If the sentence then overturns the preeventing alimony some judiciary systems allows the payer to claim back the undue money.

If anything this will decrease the conviction rate since more trials ending with innocence will flood the system.

Last time I checked, gender doesnt have a correlation to "full humanness". You are a full human (homo sapiens) wether you are a male or a female.

Its not uncommon for straight people to go to gay bars. For instance, I have a straight male friend that comes with me quite often to a gay bar. He even hooks up with straight females almost half of the times he goes out with me.

TL;DR: There is an historical bagage that you are just not awear of. The problem here is that you are using mainstream society values to judge the use of a word in a subculture. Gay men have been using those words for over a generation, for completely different reasonos, with completely different meanings, and with no negative connotation. The fact that mainstream society believes cunt is a derogatory term because straight men use it to insult females doesnt automatically mean that this situatio…

I find homophobic feminazis are the worst type of feminazis. You are mad because you are considered a weaker sex? Well, at least people aknowledge your sex and dont think its a mental illness like trans people are/were. You are mad because muslim women have less rights? Well, at least they arent stoned to death like gay men are. You are mad because your ancester used to not be allowed to vote? Well, at least you are able to fucking marry you fucking bitch cunt stfu.

For the same reason older woman are discriminated against with a younger age of protection against statutory rape: because the law makers wanted it that way.

Well, Im a lawyer (not from USA), and my clients are usually one of the parents, since, you know, they are the ones who pay me. With that been said, I do try to keep children's interests in mind when planning the course of action in a particular case. However, at last in my country, thats the job of the court, not the lawyer.

There could be many reason. Maybe he wants resources in order to fight for custody of their children. Maybe he is looking for hidden assets. Maybe he is obsessed. Maybe he is crazy. Maybe its a lie. As I always tell my clients, never try to understand why people do stuff.

In this particular state, its 16 for females and 18 for males. Keep in mind this is agravated because she is her teacher, a power figure. Even if the kid would have wanted to resist, he could have feeled he would have been coerced into it.

HR may be able to move her or you to a different area. They may need evidence and maybe even a pattern to do a major change. Btw, you are in a shitty situation. I dont see any way you can go back to the way things used to be.
