1	How can I stop hating myself? Hit the gym! Do some of the basics, start light and start making gains. The pump will have you feeling great. Watching your body become strong and feeling strong will help you realize there's no reason to hate the gift you've been given. Try to avoid fast food like McDs for awhile too.
