True, carbs produce a great effect when you train. All those studies have been done on non-keto adapted people.... running on glucose. But you know what's weird, once your keto adapted ... there is no difference, besides that, you get lean like a motherfucker without even trying...

Well, there is kind of a link... First, this is the nutrition "Red-Pile"! The only macro-nutrient you don't need to live and thrive, are the carbs... and not the fats like the mainstream doctors / gov are saying... When you realize that you never felt better of your life by doing the exact opposite of what they prescribe... it kind of raises a few more questions... This diet will bring you to a superior level of energy/mental clarity and a higher level of testosterone. It's truly a performance-e…

Accept responsibility? Absolutely. Act apologetic? Not good. Exactly! No shit like: sorry if Iv been a douche... it because... (lame excuse)

Look, my point is that, I noticed, that in a dating context, apologizing does reduce attraction big time. When you get good at dating, if you are great at managing sexual tension and attraction level, yeah sure small apology here and there not a big deal, but otherwise it's best to not do it. Don't hate the player, hate the game... not my fault if those crazy chicks interpret anything and everything "nice" as weakness ... I do apology to fellow men or female coworker/business partner when I fuck…

War seems to have emerged not millions of years ago but about 12,000 years ago when our ancestors started abandoning their nomadic ways and settling down. LOL This is bullshit, violence between group has always been there. It's part of nature. The "before, people were all equal, happy and there were no wars and we were all living in harmony with nature" is classic comy bullshit. Most likely, it was way more violent before when the resources required to survive were more difficult to acquire. Sin…

Its pretty easy to see the difference between a natty and a steroid user, pretty much 30lbs of muscles. Plus the natty will be fatter, and older. It takes times to build muscle.

Come on bro, this guy is not on roid! If he on, is not doing it right anyway.

Totally agree. The Alpha is most likely someone who has mastered the ability to control and increase his own social values whether with a set of crafty deception, real attributes and valuable skills or more likely a combination of both. Bottom line, it is something achievable trough self-improvement and not something set in stone by the genetics your born with. Going even further, your genetic code evolves in real time based on your lifestyle, habits, stress etc... its called epigenetic. It is a…

"I try to keep track of the guys I sleep with,” she tells me. The list has 16 names on it" What a fucking slut! lol

Don't be a fool.... they cannot be trusted. Compare to men, they are master in the art of deception, that what they do best, it's part of their primary survival mechanism, it's coded in their DNA. That's the only area where you cannot outsmart them, just don't trust.

No research/data. The only thing I can tell you from personal experience, you will get leaner and it will not affect negatively your performance in the gym since your energy level, motivation, focus and drive are higher.

Well, that could be a good thing to try once you reach your 210 target. At that point I suppose you will want to strip off some fat.

"Sleeping with women/many women isn't important. Being a great man is what is important." You got it! Once you will be great, great women will come to you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
