It's not really meant to get a girl to become attracted to you who isn't already, but if a guy builds that initial attraction and doesn't know what to say next, it is a quirky framework that could help him out.

Yeah it did. A buddy of mine introduced me to it around 2006. And I agree. That it is going through this cycle speaks to its wide appeal, too.

True. I remember first hearing about it in 2006-ish. Its popularity on the Buzzfeed circuit speaks to its general allure as well. And as you said, live or die, it won't really send out any shock waves.

Men are starting to see more success in the courts after the Obergefell decision. Before that case, the man would still owe alimony. No more in Virginia. Side note: the ACLU represented the ex-husband in this case.

It sounds like you are a great father. Keep doing you. I can't pretend to know what you're going through, but I'm infuriated. I am not an attorney, but I have some experience with the criminal justice system. The police can absolutely arrest you based on her testimony alone. The standard for arrest is "probable cause."
