7	Lurker with a question. It does seem that it all boils down to validation. More so now than any time in human history. I find the propensity to seek out likes, thumbs up, shares, whatever repugnant. Where is the substance in people like that? It seems to me that indulgence rather than self regulation is the order of the day; I'm no psychologist but that seems like a non-functional business model for life. 1	Made a joke in a staff meeting today, hoes mad It sure is. What I really draw contention with is the constant restructuring and concessions that have to occur to accommodate female soldiers, they're show stoppers in the worst way and with many other career fields the perpetual focus on assuaging the perceived disparities that these individuals face the organization as a whole suffers.
