However, there are many countries where you do not pay money for a University Education, essentially negating the ROI argument. But even if we look at the US, and you pick a field based on where you'll make the most money rather than what you're passionate about, how likely are you to succeed? The UN and it’s various sub-groups also recruit people who’ve done gender studies. You can also work with foreign aid, or certain types of journalism. If you sort by "Year women admitted as full members" instead of alphabetically you'll see that out of 53 listed clubs, 23 admits women, 15 does not and the rest are unknown. Clearly, these clubs are not as common as they once were, though they're not that uncommon.
