2	How Important is a Prenup for those going through the process? Ask literally anyone who's been through a messy divorce without one and you'll get the same answer, get the prenup. It's not about anticipating failure, it's about defining terms while you both actually like each other instead of leaving it to a judge or lawyers to fight over later.
