| 11 | Enough is enoughAnd it's amazing how fast boys catch up and surpass females in strength in a matter of a few years in middle school. I believe the strength dynamic completely reverses around 10 years old. Girls mature faster than boys, so an 8 year old girl can hold her own or beat up an 8 year old boy. By about 10 the boy is starting to get stronger, and by age like 12-14 boys are stronger than full grown women.
