1	Should I feel Guilty You made her a over the top better then most offer and she told you to stick it. Save yourself the 100 grand sign the papers and put the money towards something beneficial for your children if you have any or yourself. 1	Divorce or No? Do it quickly. Get a lawyer and have them write up a quick agreement for the divorce. Split assets fairly and as for custody I would go for shared if you feel it will benefit the children. If she is distant and you don’t know where her mind is then propose you take full custody and only ask for minimal child support unless she makes a lot of money. Let me speak from experience.
