A lot of great things have already been said here, but I'd like to still put this thread by TofuTofu here because most of it applies to what you're asking. I found this particular submission to be very helpful.

"It works because people try to use your drunken state to pry the truth out of you," she says. "Little do they know I'm prying the truth out of them." Goddamn, I wish I hadn't fallen for this recently. Totally gave a great girl the wrong impression because I was trying to "take charge."

I would also like a link if you've got the time.

What helped for me was to pick an eye, any eye, to look into. For me it's the left one. I always look into their left eye, but they never notice. Works great.

This is part of the human experience - embrace it. Seduction and PUA aside, this line is great. Thanks

I keep a journal that, although not exclusively used for PUA material, is a place where I can log my progress. It helps.

pushing people out of their comfort zones Could you give any advice on this? I really try to get my friends to try new things but I always encounter resistance.

1) I feel like it's pressuring me to provide "good" info, as opposed to just giving out advice and having a conversation. This is my biggest problem with flair.

I would really suggest you take her to a park and bring your own coffee or tea. Bonus points if this is already something you enjoy doing, because then she just happens to be "joining" you rather than "meeting" you. This way you're already out there having a good time. Doesn't that sound like a DHV? Besides, coffee shops are fucking boring. And public. EDIT: Scrubzor has a good point on having a follow-up activity planned. You can never be too prepared.

As a man who just returned from a year-long trip to India I say to you: thanks for sharing these.

This is probably for the better. You'll no longer be stuck on the same person. Go out there and discover that there are thousands of women more deserving of your time than her.

I saw this after the NBA Finals game last night (go Mavs). This article may be largely about sports, but they go into a great deal of the role of touch everyday interactions. I felt like it reinforced the whole kino aspect of PUA really nicely. Sharing is caring. "touch instills trust, it contagiously spreads good-will" "touch can trigger the release of oxytocin in the brain, a chemical that induces trust" "the teams and the players that did the most touching did the most winning"

So I give this HB9 a "no way, you recognize that?" look (which in retrospect may come off too much like 'wow, I suddenly like you' - which is bad...). I don't know if I completely agree here. You can easily have that, "taken aback," look without coming off as desperate. If you seem surprised, try to turn it into a compliment of character. So I set out to entertain myself by passing the time till flight. We quickly got into conversation about hiking in the South Bay (where I live, and she lives i…
