21	The naked truth about real Equality Not sure why you're down voted, it's a legitimate question. When you hashtag something on twitter it can be viewed by others a bit easier. So if you type, "#IceCream" anyone who searches for a similar hashtag might see it. Then if it spreads and enough people start including "#IceCream" in their tweets it will become "trending."
