That's a brutal story. Thanks for sharing.

Without knowing the details, your experience could be similar to what I'm going through. In that after a specific and subjective time period where the pain fades, natural drives become stronger (or less offset by pain). Thanks for your post and the great rules.

Thanks, I agree that testosterone is a key variable.

I identify with your thoughts, I always resented the societal/familial/spousal pressure to have children; I wanted to be loved for who I was not what I'd provide. I got one spouse pregnant and successfully insisted on a termination. Suicide has never appealed to me, and I have no mental illnesses, but I have not enjoyed life very much in the past. I enjoy doing my own thing now, away from the world, but interacting with people irritates me. Philosophically, I always thought that it would be unet…

I agree with your assessment. I'm more of a loner than a codependent; I've spent the last 15 months in a foreign country, in a town where I know no-one, and I haven't spoken to anyone. I've been unlearning a lot of things, primarily linked to the foundational dream that you mentioned. Consciously, I've made peace with reality, and crafted new goals to pursue. Daily visits to reddit/MGTOW are entertaining but they decrease my overall motivation. It's obvious that my subconscious isn't cool with t…

I don't have any children. I've never had any desire for them which was a large contributor to prior relationships ending. It must be difficult to want them.

Not in the first marriage, a little in the second trying to make it work.

You're here to be the best man you can be for you. We were programmed to live for women by society, it will take time but you will realize the aforementioned truth and begin building your self-actualized empire which is fulfilling and exciting. Depression is to be expected at the moment, I spent some time looking down the barrel of a 12-gauge before deciding to live. I know I've commented a lot, but, I really want to stress that your mind is fucked up at the moment, it's normal, it's an evolved …

I was consumed with getting back at my ex after the pain she caused me 11 months ago. The beautiful thing is, that when you achieve closure, which for me was contacting her via email, telling her that I knew who and what she was and to never contact me again, and that if I saw her on the street I would ignore her because she didn't exist to me anymore, you cease caring about them or their bullshit. It's hard to believe in the eye of the pain storm, but in time, with the correct actions, you won'…

Me too, was with my ex for 5 years, we moved to the USA together under the pretense that we'd build a life and family there. She treated me horrifically for the last 3 years but I endured it because I loved her with all that I was. She was seeing at least 5 other guys behind my back before it officially ended. It broke my mind, all the ideals that I held about love, living happily ever after, loyalty, integrity etc. literally broke down and I regressed to infantilism for at least 4 months. It's …

The desire for revenge is an evolved self-defense mechanism to harm others so that they never treat you that way again. Your response is an evolved pattern. You're feeling extreme pain and trauma and your reptilian brain never wants to feel it again. I second the others about cutting all ties permanently, it's only then that you can start the healing journey. It will pass, don't do anything to sabotage yourself because you will regret it 12 months from now.

Stay strong, when we're rejected we're compelled to be accepted so that we can be part of the "group". It's an evolved psychological mechanism for survival; it makes us seek approval when we're rejected; it makes you dependent on her decision whilst you are vulnerable. One year from now, you'll be like "fuck that stupid bitch" and not care about her but at the moment you're wired to want her approval because she rejected you. I've been there and resisted, I was very needy and emotional 4 months …

I went through a similar process and ending 11 months ago. It took me 9 months to get over it despite knowing it was coming. Try not to make any big financial decisions for a few months as there's a high probability that you won't be thinking 100% rationally and clearly for a few months. Trust me mate, they're replicants, they look human like us but they don't love like us, that's why they can discard us so callously and move onto the next victim. You need to realize that her actions are not a r…

These bitches are effectively recruiters for MGTOW.

So logical, thanks. A woman will rip your heart out and destroy you as a person. Avoid them if you don't want this. There's no point being angry at what they are.

Self-sacrificial people-pleasing to please members of the peer group to increase the chance of reproduction; congrats on progressing.

One of the things which really gripes me now, is how entitled women are. Through classical conditioning, over their pre-wall lives to date, their reality is an endless supply of "barbarians" at the gate, where substitutable commodity-like-men can be replaced at whim. They know they have the power, but most use it poorly highlighting the quality of their character. "Love" is a drug, chemistry means nothing to me now, it is nature's ruse. I have no doubt that most women in the drugged state think …

Correct. It's a taboo but the gatekeepers of pussy are programmed to procure the highest utility regardless of the carnage created in their wake. We never assumed this to be the case because it's not how men work. The cognitive dissonance between what we wanted (derived from social programming, culture, Hollywood and biological "needs") versus the feminine's true nature leads to MGTOW after much pain, despair, and disappointment.

MGTOW = Enlightenment when sufficient cognitive dissonance exposes an idealized archetype for an amoral and callous predator.

Brutal story, I've been there, I can't do another relationship; if another woman told me to my face that she "loved me" I'd start laughing.

The female ego needs to believe that she's a good person. Men are scapegoated to reinforce this usually-false narrative. This is difficult for loyal men who take women at their word and accept the blame. One needs to process the blame to the point where cognitive dissonance exposes female bullshit for what it is.

One of the most heartbreaking stories I've read. You're a good guy, to have endured such pain shows extreme loyalty in the face of such callousness. The world shouldn't work this way but alas it does. As much as people toot the MGTOW-lifestyle (which I live) as nirvana, it's simply the avoidance of unnecessary suffering, which isn't "happiness" as we grew up to believe. Sure there's fulfillment in self-actualization but it's not nirvana per se for ~99% of us I'm guessing. Ultimately humans aren'…

Don't let someone shame you like this is your fault! We're not born MGTOW, women are "perception-drugs" to us, culture brainwashed us to believe in love, women are amoral resource-predators who regularly break men's hearts whilst enacting hypergamy. It doesn't matter how "manly" you act, sharks will be sharks.
/r/MGTOW18/09/18 09:58 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
