I was in the exact same place. Meet people that don't know you yet. You really want to do it in a more natural way (parties, friends, etc.) but if all else fails make a fucking tinder account. Take some photos and start learning some text game. From there go onto logistics. Loose your virginity and get that stigma out of the way.
