Jordan Peterson is definitely not red pilled. He actually hates MGTOW’s and in an interview he told men to “look in the mirror at themselves instead of blaming women”. Legally, (this isn’t my opinion at at all) when you get married all of your assets are transferred into the marriage, so you don’t own them. When a divorce happens a judge can order those assets to be split evenly between the two spouses but if both of parties don’t want to go through that, they have the have the option to settle outside of court ( for a more specific amount of money or they can both agree to just walk away clean). I don’t agree with what they say but unless they’re inciting violence or harassing someone, they should able to put out whatever content they want. The only thing that censoring them would do is make them look legitimate.
